We only spent one night in Nanaimo, I could have spent a week there! Once again it was up at the crack of dawn to catch the currents and tides as we headed around Newcastle Island and out into the Strait of Georgia toward Hornby Island. We pulled into Tribune Bay around noon. Smooth sailing all the way.
This time it was our turn too anchor out and they tied up to us. What a beautiful beach, it stretched on for miles and it was actually sand!
Uti treated us to dinner of her famous brats and sourkrout. Yum! We are only spending one night then it's on up the coast. We still have a long way to go to get to the fishing grounds at Bella Bella.
